At Red Velvet Atelier, each garment is individually handmade using carefully sourced vintage and antique textiles. Many of the fabrics used in our creations are decades old and may include subtle signs of age, character, previous repairs, or minor imperfections that form part of the garment's unique story.
By purchasing from Red Velvet Atelier, you acknowledge that our garments are not mass-produced and that no two pieces are identical.
Before You Purchase
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photographs before placing an order.
If you would like additional information, close-up photographs, or clarification regarding fabric condition, sizing, repairs, markings, or any other detail, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional information whenever possible.
Change of Mind
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Personal preference regarding fit, colour, fabric, or styling
- Minor age-related characteristics, marks, fading, repairs, or imperfections that are consistent with the use of vintage textiles
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an item that is materially different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair solution, store credit, or refund.
