During busy periods, exhibitions, markets, holidays, or special collections, processing times may be longer.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary by destination and typically range between 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided as guides only and cannot be guaranteed.

Duties and Taxes

For many destinations, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout and prepaid prior to delivery.

Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, they may be payable upon arrival in the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Import regulations vary by country, and Red Velvet Atelier cannot control or predict customs charges that may apply.

Customs Delays

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures that are outside our control.

Shipping Addresses

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and contents.

If a shipment appears lost, we will work with the courier to investigate and assist where possible.
